Hi,MM. You might want to try some vegan resto-- there's one in Timog area. Just recently been there. Enjoyed there spinach soup, three for all platter, sheperd's pie, sisig and lassi. All these are vegan dishes. Goodluck!

And in case you want a bit of departure from this, Gourmet magazine from January 2006 on page 90 reprised a favorite from the year 69 (which in of itself is not a bad number) Men’s Favorite Salad, a really delicious coleslaw dressed with mayonaise and cottage cheese that you can make in a big batch and eat as is in unlimited quantity or use to flank thickly sliced smoked turkey breast or mixed with left-over fried chicken for a nice and different filling for pita. Men’s Health pointed out that cabbage along with guavas are two of the ten food items we should be eating a lot of but do not although personally I would hesitate on the guavas, really I would.

MM, don't foget to exercise. I don't mean kill yourself in the gym, but 30 minutes of walking a day, at least, could help boost your weight loss.
