		<description>no, no, we have excellent handling facilities here in mindanao. the reason we get the woody asparagus in the market is because most of those that get to the market (especially the white ones) are &quot;rejects&quot; from the export market. so they&#039;re either too old, too thin, too fat, too long, etc. same story why we have panga, ulo and buntot ng tuna (tuna jaws and tails) - they&#039;re leftovers/scraps of the prime cuts that have been exported.</description>

		<description>Diaz, not so strange sounding to me.  The egg/oil mixture is a more solid version of mayonnaise.  And you know how yummy mayo and asparagus is!  That concoction is worth trying!  Thanks for that!</description>
