					<description>UNAGI DONBURI... THAT'S HOW I LIKE IT! THE EEL IS CUT INTO PIECES AND BUTTERFLIED THEN MARINATED  FOR HOURS IN SUGAR, SOY SAUCE, MIRIN, A LITTLE SALT AND SAKE. THE MARINATED EEL PIECES ARE THEN GRILLED AND SERVED ON TOP OF STEAMED JAPANESE RICE... OISHII!!!</description>
