My mouth salivates just looking at the pics. Pecan boat tarts are among my favorites. Will have to carve time to cook a batch using your recipe. Not equally good but can be done in a jiffy with melted caramel squares. Are you sure it is not the framing of the beautiful blue glass plate that makes the tart jump out at us so lemony yellow?
