Jello cathedrals - yeah we had them too year after year together with the macaroni salads and fruit salads (though for us it's mainly buko with canned fruits). I agree we should be using the gorgeous fresh tropical fruits we have instead of opening cans of pickled fruits and canned creams. Hahaha!
