A “hotdog” or more accurately put, a “kurobuta pork sausage” with japanese sauce, fried cabbage and bonito flakes in a classic side-cut hotdog bun — you would think I was joking, right?!?

We love lamb in our household. So I am quite surprised that some 30% of all readers don’t like it or eat it, or just haven’t had a chance to try it. And less than 25% of all readers eat it more often than once every other month.
