A simple salad of quickly poached shrimp, baby squid and crab meat chilled and laid out on a fish platter. Drizzled with lobster oil, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper and garnished with freshly chopped italian parsley. This was EXCELLENT.

Marketman’s version of Meat & Bread’s lamb’s neck sandwich was good, but definitely fell short of the practiced sophistication of the original.
