……and I thought I was the only one who tends to shy away from creamy white sauces. I always prefer tomato based sauces cause their healthier. And speaking of taini, I used to buy it from an Iranian store in Greenhills, but they don’t have it anymore. I tried making my own tahini paste at home but I noticed my hummus did not taste as good as when I used store- brought tahini :(

Joan, I get my tahini from Santis delicatessen. Not sure if I posted recipes for those three dishes, but they are all over the net, really easy to do…

Hi Joan, I don’t know where you’re based but in Manila you can get tahini from Assad and other Indian groceries along UN Avenue. There’s also an Assad in Jupiter St, Makati.
