I too had some crabs last night ..sarap…fried with chopped garlic, ginger, tumeric, and lemon grass….and sprinkle of little soy sauce on the oil. Isang bandehado yata yung kanin ko.. hindi na nga ako makatayo after the meal.

We just had steamed mud crabs full of “aligue” last weekend.Sometimes the simpler the dish, the best flavor.I will try this next time.
