Hi MM

I'm living here in NZ but I go home (Phils) every two years well I just love my country to matter what other say DB is haven for me. I know every nook and places, dry good, wet market, name it I know where to find things I need practically I thought I was born there he he he. I bake different bread (self made baker) pandesal, loaf breads, coco buns, brioche etc, thru recipes from bread books, internet all thru bread machine (I'm too lazy or tired easily kneading dough) well most turn out good, some palpak, well we learn from our mistake - I used high grade flours for all bread making, and APF for cakes or pastries. If you use APF for bread be sure to use "dough enhancer". What I want to know is I how will I make a bake bread last longer without getting mould any help??? Thanks for information for those commercial shops for baking supplies. I wrote down the add.
