					<description>I try to use olive oil from Crete when using Greek olive oil, it has a richer, fruitier flavour in extra virgin quality.
As an aside, I was amazed that in Korea a common dessert is raw cherry tomatos, just popped in the mouth - they dont have a sweet tooth for desserts, which may partly account for their longevity.  However I notice many of their barbequr dishes incorporate sugar, as we do in ours.</description>
