I think the Kapampangan Tour may not be too expensive if you think about the cost of entrance fees, food, and transpo from Manila. Yes, it would help to know which things are covered and not.

Claude Tayag is one of the region’s best chef but to dine in his place is quite exorbitant. His OXO sauce – I do not know if he gave it a new name or phased it out is good in almost anything - steak, grilled chicken, seafoods, etc. I know it is not open to the public but only to a group of 10 diners and by reservation. His lechon kawali is very good. Obviously, the man knows what he is doing. He keeps his cuisine to people who are willing to splurge - it will really tear down your wallet!

I have been wanting to join this Kapampangan Tour. Unfortunately, our vacation does not coincide with the tour's date. I hope one day before my soul depart this Awesome Planet...

MM, Our Amazing Planet? Should it not be Our Awesome Planet?
