I agree with everybody. This will be a bestseller. Remember to include pictures. And if you don;t want to compromise with layout, you can do it on your own. Pagemaker is easy enough to learn. I'm mostly self-taught but I layout the publications I churn. My readers like it naman. As long as you have the eye for what looks good, it's easy enough to layout. I don't need to give advice in cooking and photography. Frankly, I'm not qualified. Plus, you do very well on those fronts already. Just read this, MM. I agree with everybody.
