Brings back memories of the Marquina Cafe near Escolta when  their "Crab Rice" was just the best rice you could ever have, with chunks of crab meat and glistening orange crab roe in copious quantities through the fried rice.  I wonder if the restaurant, and the dish still exist.</description>
