what, still P100 in cebu? i thought prices had gone down eveywhere, considering that davao is already bursting to the seams with fruit. the fruit stalls are overflowing, so the trucks from the farms simply park close to the sidewalks and sell from there. every few meters or so, you'll find a baskets of rambutan, mangosteen and durian. the regular palengke price of mangosteen today was P20/kilo, but the trucks gave them at P15! they're a bit small but very sweet this season, and i go through 2 kilos a day all by myself. anhi na diri, MM!

This is like, 'What to do with leftover Thanksgiving turkey'. Duck, however, is a more versatile, tastier fowl, and more suitable to Asian tastes.
I'd add some pan-toasted cashews, though, instead of peanuts. Peanuts can be quite hard and the morsels often gets stuck between my teeth.
