Hi, Marketman! Belated Blessed Birthday! In behalf of my mom, Vilma Joson of Masigla Products, I would like to appreciate your kind words and generous review of our tomato sweets and jelly. It is such a lift to discover people like you who care enough (and do it so joyfully) to document your market experiences for the benefit of others. I enjoy your blog and recognize the good taste you put into it as well as graciously share! Maybe someday, we can send you more samples specially the new products we are developing?

We hope you can make it to the “Likha ng Central Luzon” Food Fair early October also to be held at the 5th floor of Mega Mall. We intend to present our dried oyster mushrooms (also in powdered form!), soy-mushroom coffee and sesame brittle. We have used the mushrooms for pasta, tempura and to flavor mixed vegetables. The sesame brittle is a hit specially among kids! These are thin caramelized sesame cookies. I also tried sprinkling the sesame brittle bits as substitute for nuts/cereals in giving my fruits and ice cream preparations some crunch.

Belated happy bithday!

I was impressed with the set of menu and it was really fantastic!

The food looks appetizing and very yummy! Your wife did a very good job in choosing CIBO to do the catering for your birthday.
