					<description><![CDATA[Oh gosh, don&#039;t wait for photos...most of it was already cooked over the weekend.  I made prawn sinigang.  I made chilli crabs for which I have an earlier post/recipe. The tilapia was deep fried and served with a great mustasa salad that I will post in a few days,and my trusty crew will devour the matang baka deep fried or escabeche!]]></description>

I love crispy tilapia and Than long crabs! 

On a serious note -- As a child, I grew up loving Saturday mornings when my parents would do their marketing and cook up a storm in the kitchen -- nilagang talbos ng kamote and okra, pinangat sapsap, crispy-fried liempo, adobong pusit and steamed shrimps and a big kaldero of garlic rice. I am sadly an orphan now but the memory of the food and family they have created with our Saturday traditions is deeply imprinted in my being.]]></description>
