MM, I found your web site in June while trying to find recipes to cook for my wife who is from Cebu. I am a U.S. Sailor who spends many months out at sea, but it is so refreshing everyday when I log on to the computer to see what adventures/projects you have been up too. Your writing, pictures and topics I look forward to everyday. I am finally in Cebu enjoying time with the wife and family (my first christmas here), so hopefully this is a start of many family traditions for my family. fascinating gingerbread houses! i love gingerbread goodies.

how come the candy mints still have wrappers in them? it kind of killed the structure.
