I even watched it twice! The lechon looked so sumptuous indeed. I also remember hearing something about the "Suki" system in the market=D Anyway, it's kinda depressing hearing Bourdain's closing on this episode - that he wasn't able to find an answer on why we Filipinos have great food yet our food isn't usually on the mainstream=c I loved this episode!
