Bulacan to Subic from 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on starting point, there is a new highway... subic to banaue? Nightmare, say 10+ hours and you are backtracking through Bulacan. Banaue to Pagudpud through Cagayan valley, I don't really know, maybe 8-12 hours, depending on road conditions and stops. Pagudpud to Vigan say 2.5-3 hours. Vigan to Bulacan, say another 8+ hours, depending on traffic. This is a NASTY long drive, I hope you have 2-3 drivers in the van and the van is in EXCELLENT shape or you could find yourselves in pretty remote and desolate stretches of road... For my posts on Pagudpud and Ilocos, check the archives after this post above and there are over a dozen posts, including hotels...
