					<description>Interesting recipe. Will try it one of these days. For me, I do it chinese style. Do this in high heat. Saute garlic and shallots in a little oil, toss in some peeled shrimp, salt and pepper, rice wine and wee bit of soy sauce. When shrimps start to color, I add in the oyster mushrooms and a little oyster sauce. Dish Up. Yum.</description>
