But you should plan to use them regularly, at least 3-4x a week. Ours are at a weekend home so they don't get used as much and require a bit more attention than normal, I think. It's also best if you live in the city and your water supply is not very "hard" which tends to leave deposits in the dishwasher... MZ, we are quite happy with the Fisher Paykel dishwashers.
