		<description>Red cabbage warning:  I used some of this stuff in nilagang chicken once.  In minutes, everything turned purple!  Chicken, potatoes, and broth...even the wooden spoon I stirred with.  Looked like I was having grape kool-aid for supper.  Geez, still tasted good though.</description>
