					<description>Didn't know that sampaloc is high calorie, but I read somewhere that along with guavas it's one of the best sources of Vit C. Tamarind juice is very popular in East Africa. millet, I've seen camachile fruit sold at the Sunday Lung Center market.</description>

  re hydrate  them by  wrapping   the  sampaloc pods   in  a  wet  towel   and  putting  the  bundle  in a  container overnight (  or  longer,  if  needed).  never  fails!</description>
