this is a winner!! i have always loved your site since i came across it last year. it has always been a reference especially when i have to entertain diner for french friends!! the roasted squid is sooo good!!!!!! it has became a staple at home, too!! i added some pressed garlic and it reminds me of provence!!!!!! yummmmmmmmy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yet another great recipe I want to make, add it too the long list. WHile I answered recipes in your new poll, I want to say that I would have liked to tick off a few other if not all the other possibilities. I think the variation of your posts are what keeps this blog fresh and I would hate to see the information about produce, markets, travel restaurants and yes, even the rants disappear! mmmm simple yet surely will satisfy your tastebuds, i love squid, and capsicum too. . . too bad i cant grill in the condo unit, hmmm maybe we should buy an electric smokeless grill, well thats whats comes close to coal. . .
