		<description>I&#039;m reminded of my late Mom who cooks &quot;Tamarindo&quot; for us. What she did is buy the ripe tamarind and cooked it with 
&#039;panutsa&#039; and coconut milk. Boil it all together until it
is on it is a bit sticky.  Try it. It&#039;s delicious.</description>
