While I worked for several companies with offices in Hong Kong, I never lived there per se. I did live at the Island Shagrila for roughly 4 months once while on a project though! I have to admit I am generally clueless about Chinese ingredients and it is something I would eventually like to learn more about. Szechuan peppercorns is about the extent of my knowledge... If so, then you may want to avail of a web-based email account (e.g., yahoo or gmail) in its place. This way, you would rarely run the risk of losing emails sent to you ... plus yahoo's or google's email servers are definitely more robust and more reliable, in my opinion. Oh, 'am bringing this up in light of the budbud kabog hoopla earlier and the reference to the supposedly gotten lost correspondence between you and MVH. Of course, it may all depend on your workflow (vis-a-vis managing your web site and people's comments). You probably prefer to do everything in one place. Anyway, I just thought I'd recommend it.
