		<description>Talking about Italian cookbooks, I got a copy of The Silver Spoon. While leafing through the pages I was surprised to see pollo alla filippina with the english equivalent written as Philippines Chicken. Looking at the ingredients it&#039;s none other than our adobong manok. Can you beat that? Our adobo made it to the english edition of Il cucchiaio d&#039; argento-the bible of authentic italian cooking (well, that&#039;s what the book cover says). And MM, I am glad you and your family are ok after that spine tingling espisode .</description>
