					<description>Talking about Italian cookbooks, I got a copy of The Silver Spoon. While leafing through the pages I was surprised to see pollo alla filippina with the english equivalent written as Philippines Chicken. Looking at the ingredients it's none other than our adobong manok. Can you beat that? Our adobo made it to the english edition of Il cucchiaio d' argento-the bible of authentic italian cooking (well, that's what the book cover says). And MM, I am glad you and your family are ok after that spine tingling espisode .</description>

Now, you tell us that I can get a glimpse of your kitchen, whoa, it feels like those who would want to get it are like stalkers, that's me included.  =)</description>
