		<description>I think real lime juice form the bottle or the fruit is a closer replacement for kalamansi.  This may very well be my favorite dish from the Philippines, next to Bicol Express w/ lemon grass.</description>

		<description>I grew my own sili plant just to make leaves for tinola and ginisang monggo.  Add a bruised stalk of tanglad/ lemongrass to tinolang manok and it brings out the taste of the broth.</description>
