sister wrote, "Unless you have an oven that can achieve 600-700F and a bakestone I wouldn’t even bother trying to make pan de sal at home."

-------------------------------------------------------------

My wife used to make very good pan de sal but has gotten old and forgotten her recipe. While not as good as Dizon's Bakery they were a close second. And that was in a gas oven at home.

Does anyone in this forum have a recipe of their own that they use and can post here?
