The Slurpee machine conked out yesterday after only 5 days of operation :) It seems Cebu’s thirst for Slurpee couldn’t be quenched…

Kris Lawrence bought more santol juice and made “baon” for his flight back to Manila :)

If memory serves, there was a 7-11 across St. Theresa’s College back in the 80’s so this should be a re-opening of 7-11 in Cebu. Growing up, Cebu slept soundly by 9pm, so I suppose there was no reason to have a convenience store that operated till late at night. But of course now with all the BPOs in Cebu, re-opening 7-11 should be a good move.

Dianne et al. The issue is the set-up of a full-fledged lechonan. Once that is done, it can supply several dozen outlets… For now, we are focusing on Cebu, before we consider expansion to other cities… It’s slow in this day and age of hyper everything, but we are still very young and not quite there yet… :)

Dear MM, thank you for the guava jelly!! My colleagues and I had so much fun and be food as well as the service was superb! I must say the Saguyon was really good. My friend wanted to order and bring back to Manila including the binakol ;) the next day we
Immediately placed our orders for take home at your Escario branch. Would commend your staff for their service! We ordered a total of 15 kilos :) while eating they gave us strips of crunch skin to try as we were ofcourse salivating. :)

Our stash included sisig, dinuguan, mango and guava jelly.

Looking forward to our next trip!
