incidentally, could you possibly post the written and/or spoken words for those dishes, and where you ate? the few times i’ve been in HK (in the tiniest of accommodations too), i suspect the lack of a translator has sadly kept me from the yummiest food and places. :(

It is no surprise that your business is thriving…it comes back a hundredfold! I have only been to Zubuchon once and I must say, the employees reflect the personality of the owner. I look forward to going back to Cebu for more Zubuchon and now even Zubudagat!
