That is one stunning tart! Just gorgeous! With looks like that who cares if it messes itself up in the eating :) I certainly wouldn’t! And your dayap curd sounds lovely…I too am a big fan of dayap…I find myself forever asking restaurants if they have fresh dayap juice, but hardly any do :(
