Do you have a recipe for the lentil salad?

This is my go-to one and have a bottle of the vinaigrette in the ref for when I want me a bowl of lentils. It’s a looooong list of spices for the vinaigrette but totally worth it. https://www.mynewroots.org/site/2010/06/the-best-lentil-salad-ever-2/

The du puy lentils she recommends are a bit expensive (I’ve only seen them in Santis), but I’ve tried it with green lentils on the al dente side. Fabulous.

marznery, you are absolutely correct. Darned spellcheck is stubbornly western biased and dislikes pinoy words… I used to have typos before spellcheck on wrodpress, but now I think I have more… :(
