this is the first time processed that maintains its natural color green.]]></description>

I find that I prefer the brine-y flavor of the smaller one - or maybe it&#039;s because it&#039;s my childhood lato =)

I have seen guso in CDO but have tried it only one. I found it tough, compared to lato. Maybe the batch I tried wasn&#039;t blanched enough, or the texture was just too unfamiliar for a seven-year old kid. Hehe.

I find this is best paired with inihaw na bangus, fresh off the flames.	]]></description>
