Detlef Klatt is a German florist who also did a wonderful massive table setting at Manila FAME last October, with food from Gaita, etc. The Intramuros cacao liquer was one of our tasty finds at IFEX :)

The styling is indeed stunning!!! Am a tad bit disappointed to find out it was done by a foreigner, but bravo to him! He obviously knows the BEST Philippine stuff to display. That being said, are there Filipinos who could have done the job just as outstandingly?

Ari, thanks for that. It’s terrific to know who pulled it together, but a little disappointing that it had to be a foreigner. He is obviously a master at his game, but I do wish we had someone local with the same skills or sensibility. Having said that, Mr. Klatt did a spectacular job of marrying local design with ingredients and food products, kudos to him.
