Hey! if you like to try good Buffalo Mozzarella try to go to angeles city , C Italian Restaurant , they serve salads with Bufallo Mozzarella .

Rizal Dairy has a stall at the Salcedo Market during Saturdays. Their buffalo mozarella comes in medium sized balls packed in a tumbler containing 3 balls at 165 pesos before. Give it a try.

Maybe you should have asked them for “Carabao Mozarella” ( Mozarella di Buffalo in Italian) as it is the word “Carabao” being used in the Philippines not Buffalo, right MM?

Bedazzle, try Rizal Dairy. I think they have a stall in Market! Market! But I haven’t reied their Mozarella di Bufalla so I can’t comment on the taste.

MM, i have yet to try galileo’s buffala but have you heard of a company in the philippines that makes buffalo mozarella. I’ve been trying to buy some at the phil. carabao center in munoz, nueva ecija but they tell me that it was developed and is being sold by a private company. Hope someone reads this and can tell me where to get the local buffalo mozarella. I read about Anthony Bourdain’s visit to the country.
