					<description><![CDATA[You can do it MM!!!  I find that eating smaller meals throughout the day, and making salads as visually interesting as possibe makes dieting easier.  My favorite lunch/dinner salad these days when I want to be good is mesclun greens with diced roasted sweet potato; julienned green apple; broccoli florets; beets; sunflower seeds and a little bit of crumbled goat cheese - a little goes a long way!  Also, a nice nicoise salad (no baby potatoes) is also something I like to have when I&#039;m watching the calories and carbs.]]></description>
