					<description><![CDATA[I just made this coz i love citrus AND ginger. It was TERRIFIC! Throw away the skin?! It was the best part! Chicken was soft and juicy. I boiled the leftover marinade/basting liquid and dipped the meat inside. Thanks, marketman, for this recipe! =)]]></description>
