I bought pinasugbo for the first time, I didn’t even know it was a Filopino candy/fond childhood memory. I love it, I feel
like I’m in a tropical port in a Hemmingway novel. This now is my 2nd fave brittle. Right after Peanut brittle. How is pinasugbo pronounced?

here’s a little tip for pinasugbo lovers. 5-10 seconds in the microwave makes the papaer just slide right off. and warm pinasugbo is delish.
