icebucks12 and others from Pangasinan, Benguet, Northern Luzon, etc. I just last night saw on television the destruction wrought on the North by recent weather systems, it is shockingly bad in many areas. And I do urge all readers based locally or abroad to help in any way possible. I don’t have easy access to the North so it would be difficult for me to start helping with the relatively limited resources we have for the feeding programs, but I do strongly encourage readers to help with rescue, aid, efforts to help our countrymen in the North. Geez, with all these natural calamities, it’s looking like a bleak Christmas season ahead for many people in the Philippines…

Rhea, sorry, folks in Manila and other cities that are using servers (usually company) that are located elsewhere are “mis-located” but 97+% of locations should be okay… Artisan, wait till you see what I just ate to start the weekend “relax” mode! :) Betchay, yes, more on the feeding soon. rhea, it’s not our efforts… it’s the help that has come from generous marketmanila readers (PHP160,000 total so far) that means we can provide some 7,000-8,000+ meals over the next two months… lunchmom and meekerz, more on that soon, 99.7% of the meals are done on washable plates, styro only used for extreme circumstances…
