Marc is hilarious. thanks to betty q. for her input on the proofer – have been frustrated with my ensaymadas not rising enough in this climate. Robyn, would you know if there have been/are any other articles written on Filipino cuisine in the French version of Saveur? Unfortunately it is not that easy to find the American version in French-speaking Switzerland, and I missed the article everyone’s raving about. And do you know of any good pinoy restos in this part of Europe? There have been 1-2 good ones, but they don’t stay open for long. Presentation could be a reason – folks here are used to Thai and Japanese artfully prepared platters. Another reason – ignorance of our wonderfully varied cuisine. We desperately need more articles from you and your peers. Thanks!
