Curious about the barako coffee and adobo marinated prime rib. Always worried about soaking a prime rib in a salty marinade lest the meat – prime cuts specially – becomes tough. Any experience with this, MM. Btw, glad you still blog fiercely :-)

What No Chateau Lafite-Rothschild, Wow that’s ok it must have been a nice dinner with the two top leaders of both country. Sorry I’m just plain envious, I don’t get to rub elbows with rich folks like you do. That’s a mistake I made for being born with poor parents. lol
