Went to Lu tonight, and it was a very disappointing experience, from service , to presentation , and to the most important : the food. Would not recommend this place at all

Stephanie, that sounds like it was frozen, not a good sign. Desserts did not appear to be a strong area for them. But I did like the food.

Hi, MM! Tried LU yesterday and we loved the food! I’m definitely going back. Can’t say the same for the dessert, though. We ordered the dark chocolate and hazelnut terrine and all four of us were disappointed. Was the texture supposed to be like Nestle Chocolate Twin Popsies? It tasted icy. Thanks!

I rarely go to Rockwell, so it’s only now that I’ve learned of Lu. Great review, thanks for sharing! I’m looking forward to trying their hanger steak and tumeric chicken! :D

I also really enjoyed their lamb (it was not the stew) and their porkchops. I’m glad to have an accessible restaurant serving more unique flavors, no?

If they know how to also curry favour and knew too that the notebook belongs to you and read that the comments were on the whole positive, they would have returned it to you with a doggy bag of the dish you liked most.

something tells me that couscous is good, good enough for me to travel an hour just to get through edsa traffic and eat there =)
