					<description><![CDATA[my mother has an apple mango tree in her yard.  I never did like it but the tree looks beautiful when heavy with fruit.  We usually just put some in a bowl and use it more as decor.  You gave me some ideas though I think I will try making some salsa or chutney.]]></description>

Same process holds true with any stone fruits.]]></description>
