There is a reason why recipes with few elements elude immediate mastery.  They are technique dependent which usually means skill acquired over an extended period of time, often through a lifetime of practice.  But despair not, even Socrates was said to be learning a tune on the flute as they were whipping up his hemlock smoothie.]]></description>
