i strongly suggest you try kalderetang kambing in KAMBINGAN SA BARANGAY situated in Santiago City, Isabela. It's basically one of the oldest restaurant in the place, and still it is popular for having the most unique taste of goat dishes. :))

Goat Stew. Philip, I agree, the gaminess makes it clear its a uniquely different dish. jdawgg, hahaha, you are right, didn't even realize Kambing was appropriate, I always thought it was a correct translation for goat. saj, may I ask what Indian grocer you use, as I would like to know where I can get goat otherwise. Thanks. For several others, yes, I gather the kaldera part comes from cauldron inappropriately translated... but the combing part was new to me. Footloose, I laughed as usual. Netoy, and S&R membership is roughly $20 for the year, so if you purchase a lot on the 2-3 times you use it per year, it's still worth the price. They don't have day passes or the like I don't think... gangga, I have never done this with a pressure cooker, and am not fond of the flavor from dishes that are made in much shorter period of time... the flavor develops slowly in this case...
