breathtaking, amazing, awesome, fabulous, dear MM. my brother is based in amsterdam and used to seeing all this glory. i yearned to see it too. now, thanks to you, i do, though vicariously. maraming salamat. i hope someday i get to see and smell all that beauty.

Great shots, monsieur. Ottawa, Canada’s capital is now a little Amsterdam with its Tulip Festival. Your shots bring back nostagia and those wonderful flowers are simply amazing. Do we expect more of these later?

Blue flowers are muscari, pink unknown are rhododendrons. Multi-petaled tulips are peony tulips. Glad you got to Keukenhop at the height of the spring flower season, I’ve always wanted togo there. Maybe I’ll make the next Floriade…

millet, you could be right, garlic it is probably…my notes are fuzzy as they are all in my brain, with the exception of some notes I did take in the evenings to jog my memory when I finally wrote the posts!
