my hub and I actually did a lot of versions with almost any fish available here except mackerel, i like the one with tofu, egg, squid and bell peppers. back in the phils, my mom used to make them with leftover lapu-lapu or any big fish, too. sometimes ggs and some veggies then fry them or  just inside fried lumpias. yum!	]]></description>
